Last night was a disaster! On of our guids nearly fell off a shear cliff while investigating some noise. I think it turned out to be the wind, In anycase Im not sure if i buy it. This morning we woke up facing the challenge before us and I took this picture right before getting ready to head out on Day one of the actuall Climb. Wish us luck.

Our base camp after our first morning. We Left the town below early in fact nearly after midnight so that we could get to a base camp by 5pm. There is much work ahead of us.
